The Indonesian electricity company PLN and Tidal Bridge signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the development of tidal power plant in Flores.

PLN  is a state owned company that is responsible for the integrated power supply covering the entire territory of lndonesia. PLN will be the client of the Tidal Power Plant project and reponsible for the distribution of the produced energy.

This MoU is a follow up of the results of the feasibility studies and connectivity study on the utilisation of the tidal energy power plant. The objective is to initiate the development of tidal energy power plant in Flores East Nusa Tenggara Province by initiating the submission of a funding plan for the development of this Tidal Power Plant project to the lndonesian Government through the Ministry of National Development Planning Agency (BAPPENAS).
